Salima Souakri is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sports, education, and media. Currently serving as a member of the Gender Equality Commission for the International Judo Federation and an advisor to the Minister of Youth and Sports in Algeria since 2018, Souakri also hosts programs on BAMIRA TV and CHOUROUK TV, showcasing social issues and talents in Algeria. With a strong background in judo, Souakri has coached the senior women's national judo team and currently trains the senior women's team at the Groupement Sportif des Pétroliers.
