International Justice Development (IJD) delivers justice development globally for governments, policy makers, judges, prosecutors, international organisations and law enforcement agencies. We work both independently and in collaboration with partners around the world to develop and implement bespoke training, mentoring and capacity building programmes that promote the rule of law, drive forward criminal justice reform and reduce crime threats.

Combining the power and flexibility of the private sector with a genuine public sector ethos, our leadership team has an exceptional track record of delivering operational and strategic improvement, often in some of the most challenging locations worldwide.

With an unrivalled network of world class expertise and partnerships in the public and private sector, IJD provides outstanding analysis and advice, innovative solutions and structured delivery around the globe. Two decades delivering justice development globally for governments, policy makers, judges, prosecutors and law enforcement as a trusted partner of the UK Government, means IJD provides the highest quality analysis, advice and delivery however complex or specific the issues.

IJD Directors, Mark Carroll OBE and Patrick Stevens, are internationally renowned as leaders in justice development and delivery. As operational prosecutors on some of the most serious and sensitive UK cases in recent times, and in building the International Division of the Crown Prosecution Service as a central part of the UK national security response, they provide the momentum, leadership and expertise required to deliver real and meaningful change.
