Joash Thomas, ObSA, serves as the National Director of Mobilization & Advocacy at International Justice Mission Canada since September 2021, leading efforts to combat modern slavery and violence through dynamic team collaboration and strategic government advocacy. Previously, Joash held various roles within International Justice Mission, including overseeing Mobilization & Advocacy across eight Southeastern states in the U.S. Joash also founded and managed Patriot Public Affairs, LLC, and worked within the Georgia General Assembly, providing legislative advisory and communications support. With extensive experience in advocacy and political management, Joash holds multiple advanced degrees from prestigious institutions, including a Master of Political Management from The George Washington University and ongoing studies at Dallas Theological Seminary.
