Julianne Healey

Julianne Healey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in program management and development within non-profit and coaching sectors. Currently serving as Sr. Lead, Development at International Justice Mission Canada since June 2022, Julianne is responsible for driving major donor revenue growth and providing strategic input on the Development Leadership team. Previous roles include Lead, Development Program at Novus Global, where Julianne contributed as an associate coach to elite performance enhancement for high-profile clients. Other notable positions include Manager of Novus Global Sport, Executive Coach at Julianne Knopp Coaching, and various leadership roles at Boys and Girls Clubs of Calgary and Gull Lake Centre. Julianne holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology from the University of Alberta.
