Alyssa Francois

Alyssa Francois is a Program Director for Mobilization at International Justice Mission since June 2020, where responsibilities include building and leading a national engagement program that empowers supporters to advocate and pray for the organization's mission of protecting half a billion people from violence. Previous experience includes serving as Regional Mobilization Manager for the Southwest, managing volunteer teams across Texas, Colorado, and Oklahoma. Prior to IJM, Francois worked at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from July 2015 to May 2020 as a Senior Associate in Social Impact and Employee Engagement, overseeing initiatives that advance learning for nonprofit organizations and executing recruiting strategies for investment firms. Francois holds a B.A. in Communication with a minor in Business from Texas A&M University.
