Anita Philip

Anita Philip is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles. Currently serving as a Senior Officer and HR Business Partner at International Justice Mission since April 2020, Anita previously held the position of Director of Human Resources and Human Resources Manager at Block Imaging from 2011 to January 2019. Additionally, Anita contributed as an Adjunct Faculty member at Development Associates International and North Central University, teaching Statistics for Business and Economics. Early career experiences include consulting at ACET Consulting and serving in community development and finance roles at Office for Creative Connections and The Salvation Army, respectively. Anita holds an MBA from Florida Southern College and a BCom in Business/Commerce from Mount Carmel College, Bangalore University.
