Executive Vice President, Global People Support at International Justice Mission

Brad Twedt has a diverse work experience, primarily with International Justice Mission. Brad started in 1985 as a Litigation Associate at FINLEY, KUMBLE, WAGNER and MYERSON & KUHN. From 1989 to 2004, they worked as a Litigation Partner at Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP. Brad then joined Morgan Stanley as a Senior Vice President - Divisional Legal Officer from 2004 to 2009. In 2010, they served as a Volunteer Legal Fellow in Uganda for International Justice Mission. Brad continued their work with International Justice Mission, holding various roles including Volunteer Legal Fellow in Guatemala from 2011 to 2012, Country Director in Guatemala from 2012 to 2022, Regional Vice President in the Northern Triangle from 2019 to 2022, and Senior Consultant for U.S. Strategic Partnerships - Violence against Women & Children Programs from 2022 to 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Executive Vice President, Global People Support at International Justice Mission since 2023.

Brad Twedt completed their Juris Doctor degree from Columbia Law School from 1982 to 1985. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Government & International Affairs from Augustana University (SD) from 1978 to 1982. In 2021, they also obtained a certification in Leadership, Organizing, and Action: Leading Change Program from Harvard Kennedy School Executive Education.
