Ruth E. McGinn

Ruth E. McGinn serves as the Global Director of the CEO's Office at the International Justice Mission (IJM), a role held since 2005, where contributions include partnering with the CEO and Founder to lead a global human rights agency focused on protecting 500 million people from violence. Ruth has held various positions within IJM, including Global Senior Officer and Special Assistant to the CEO, managing teams and executing organization-wide initiatives. Prior experience includes serving as Confidential Assistant to the Director at the U.S. Office of Personnel Management and as a Legislative Aide in the United States Senate. Ruth holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Journalism & Mass Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
