Senior Technology Solutions Lead (west Africa) at International Justice Mission

Selorm Tamakloe has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Selorm started their career at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology as a Sound Engineering Teaching Assistant in 2012. Selorm then worked as a High School Science Teacher at Nigritian Academy Preparatory School for a few months in 2014. Afterwards, Selorm joined SASA as an Art Director from September 2013 to August 2014. Selorm then served as the Creative Arts Coordinator at Agape House New Testament Church from September 2014 to August 2018, where they coordinated music production and improved efficiency for generating new musical ideas.

In 2021, Selorm took on the role of Data Science Trainee at Blossom Academy for a few months. Afterwards, they joined Ashinaga Foundation as a Systems and Data Intern, where they organized and analyzed data using Microsoft Excel and Power BI, and produced reports and dashboards to support the organization's theory of change. Currently, Selorm is employed as a Senior Technology Solutions Lead (West Africa) at International Justice Mission, where they provide technical support, manages network configurations, and assists with data protection compliance.

Selorm Tamakloe earned a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi, from 2008 to 2012. In 2014 to 2016, Selorm pursued an Associate Degree in Biblical Studies at the International School of Ministry (ISOM). Additionally, Selorm obtained various certifications such as the EF SET English Certificate with a proficiency level of C2, ServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator, CompTIA A+ ce Certification, Python Fundamentals Track from DataCamp, and completed courses in preparing for the CompTIA A+ Certification and Music Production in Ableton Live 9.
