Sharon Cohn Wu

Regional President, North America at International Justice Mission

Sharon Cohn Wu currently serves as the Regional President for North America at the International Justice Mission, leading strategic operations and partnerships across the United States and Canada since April 2023. Previously, Sharon Cohn Wu held various leadership positions at IJM from November 2001 to March 2022, including Principal Advisor for Global Programs, where expertise was applied to address sexual violence against children and trafficking. As Senior Vice President for Justice System Transformation, Sharon Cohn Wu oversaw the reduction of trafficking in the Philippines and Cambodia and guided the strengthening of justice systems. Sharon Cohn Wu also contributed significantly to global field programs and anti-trafficking initiatives in South Asia and Southeast Asia. Earlier career experiences include roles at Arnold & Porter, serving as a Judicial Clerk for Hon. Richard L. Williams, and working as a Criminal Intelligence Analyst with the U.S. Department of Justice. Sharon Cohn Wu holds a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School and a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Virginia.
