Sophie Kipps

Sophie Kipps is an accomplished professional in donor engagement and fundraising, currently serving as the Director of Partner Engagement at International Justice Mission since June 2021. In this role, Sophie coaches Gift Officers and fosters collaborative strategic thinking. Sophie's background includes various positions at International Justice Mission, where responsibilities ranged from managing donor portfolios to executing communication plans for deeper donor engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Annual Giving Coordinator at Jill's House, where Sophie planned and executed annual giving challenges, and various leadership roles during tenure at Wheaton College, including Senior Class Campaign Committee Chair. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Media Studies and English/Writing from Wheaton College.
