Troy Madison Groves

Troy Madison Groves has a diverse work experience in various fields. Starting in 1997, they co-founded Mantle Management, an artist management firm where they guided recording artists in their careers and collaborated with media, record labels, and booking agencies. This role lasted until 2014 when they joined the International Justice Mission as the Director of Partnerships, Events & Tours. Troy Madison successfully launched an artist partner program to raise revenues and organizational awareness, while also leading the planning and execution of large-scale events and fundraising initiatives. Additionally, since 2012, Groves has been a co-founder and current volunteer at Art House North, a non-profit artistic venue that serves the community by hosting various events and providing a space for neighbors and artists.

Troy Madison Groves attended Evangel University, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communications.
