Guillaume Giles

Guillaume Giles serves as the Chief Technology Officer and Head of Infrastructure Services at the International Labour Organization since January 2017, overseeing the delivery of on-premise and cloud-based infrastructure services globally. Prior to this role, Guillaume was the Section Manager of Core Services at EPFL, where infrastructure and cloud services were provided for high-profile research projects. Guillaume's extensive experience includes positions as Head of IT at MIG Bank, now Swissquote, and various leadership roles at Thomson Reuters, focusing on IT service operations, system integration, and release management. Additional roles include Technical Operations Team Leader at Jet Multimedia Hosting and Internal IT Engineer at Ciriel, with early experience as a Web Developer at Screener. Education was received from Grenoble INP Esisar.
