Simona Lepri is an experienced consultant and advisor with a strong background in sustainability, business development, and quality assurance within the manufacturing sector. Currently engaged with IfM Engage and the International Accord Pakistan, Simona is involved in innovative programs aimed at enhancing sustainability practices and safety training aligned with international labor standards. Prior roles include significant contributions as a Technical Consultant for the International Labour Organization, where Simona worked on improving working conditions in the global apparel industry through initiatives like the Factory Improvement Toolset. Simona's earlier experience includes leadership positions at Q Collection, Youngone Corporation, Helicon Ltd, and Europoint, where a focus on R&D, product development, and quality assurance drove operational success and innovation. Simona holds an Executive MBA from Eaton Business School.
