Marcus White Leadership

Marcus White holds a Bachelor of Arts in Leadership and a Master of Theology, bringing extensive experience in both spiritual leadership and security management. Currently serving as Interim Pastor at SIMS Chapel Missionary Baptist Church since July 2024, Marcus provides pastoral care and delivers engaging sermons. As Director of Safety and Security for International Leadership of Texas since June 2013, Marcus manages safety procedures across multiple campuses and oversees a team of over 25 police officers, significantly reducing complaints. Previous roles include coaching middle school athletics, serving as a Detention Service Officer, and working in various security and retail management positions. Marcus's educational background includes multiple degrees in theology and leadership from various institutions.
