Sarah McCroan

Director Of MTSS (multi-tiered Systems Of Support) at International Leadership of Texas

Sarah McCroan has over 15 years of experience in the field of education and behavior support. Sarah started their career in 2006 as a Primary Behavior Intervention Teacher at Garland ISD, where they worked until 2013. From 2013 to 2015, Sarah worked as a BCBA at Marigold Learning Academy. Since 2014, Sarah has been with International Leadership of Texas, where they have held various roles including Behavior Specialist, Special Education Coordinator and Behavior Specialist, and currently serves as the Director of MTSS (Multi-Tiered Systems of Support).

Sarah McCroan obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Texas A&M University. Sarah later pursued a Master of Education degree with a specialization in Special Education from Texas A&M University-Commerce. Sarah further enhanced their education by completing a Graduate Certification in Applied Behavior Analysis from the University of North Texas.
