Prior to that, they worked at ConferenceDirect as a Global Project Manager, Global Account Manager, and Event Technology Success Manager, where they secured event spaces, sourced vendors, and served as the primary planner for various associations, trade shows, and corporations. Jessica also held the role of Convention Services Manager at the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau, where they coordinated information and arrangements between groups and hotels. Earlier in their career, they worked as a Convention Services Manager at the Hyatt Regency St. Louis at the Arch and as a Convention Services Coordinator, Meeting Concierge, and Front Desk Agent at the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati, where they managed diverse and fast-paced meeting markets, provided leadership to staff, ensured client satisfaction, and delivered exceptional customer service.
Jessica Lykins attended Northern Kentucky University from 2005 to 2008. During their time there, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in a specific field of study. Later, they enrolled in Cincinnati State Technical and Community College from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Hospitality Management. In 2016, Jessica obtained certification as a Certified Tourism Ambassador from the Cincinnati USA Convention & Visitors Bureau.
