WASH Officer & EverFlow Helpdesk at International Lifeline Fund

Andrew Ekol joined Lifeline in 2017 as WASH Volunteer, supporting the WASH program in training the water users on best sanitation and hygiene practices. He was later was engaged as EverFlow helpdesk volunteer. In 2019, he was given a full-time role as the EverFlow Helpdesk Officer, where have been running day to day operations of the EverFlow helpdesk as customer service consultant, which includes answering calls and following-up with customers regularly. In 2022, Andrew became a WASH Officer while also continuing to work on the EverFlow team. Andrew graduated with a bachelor's degree in Social Work and Social Administration from Kampala University.
