Emmanuel has three years of experience working with international humanitarian organizations implementing local and international projects in Uganda. Throughout his professional journey, he has been privileged to work on several humanitarian development projects providing procurement and logistics support towards program implementation of several donor funded projects in the different sectors of education, WASH and shelter, protection, nutrition and livelihood, as well as cash based programming. Emmanuel has qualifications in procurement and logistics attained from Makerere University Business School.
