Elizabeth Koenig

Elizabeth Koenig has over 14 years of experience in litigation consulting and legal services. Elizabeth began their career in 2006 as an Associate at Milbank LLP, where they represented a diverse group of clients in complex state and federal civil litigation and in regulatory proceedings. Elizabeth appeared in state and federal courts and defended and deposed fact and expert witnesses in depositions. In 2014, they joined International Litigation Services as Vice President of Consulting Services and Senior Litigation Consultant. In this role, they provided electronic discovery consultation services for attorneys engaged in litigating high-profile mass tort and class action matters in federal and state courts. Notable recent litigations included work related to automobile emissions fraud, e-cigarettes, defective airbags, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, internet privacy, and the opioid epidemic.

Elizabeth Koenig obtained their Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law in 2006. Elizabeth also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology from Boston University, which they obtained in 1999. In addition, they have obtained an Advanced Certificate in Mass Tort Multidistrict Litigation from the Bolch Judicial Institute in May 2022, a Certified E-Discovery Specialist (CEDS) from the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists (ACEDS) in December 2018, and is a licensed attorney in the states of New York, Massachusetts and California.
