Tom Ashley

Tom Ashley has a diverse work experience primarily at ILG (International Logistics Group Ltd). Tom started their career at ILG as a Warehouse Assistant in August 2008 and then served as a Customer Account Manager from August 2009 to March 2011. From there, they progressed to become a Project Manager, responsible for fulfilment and courier solutions, from an unspecified start date in 2009 to 2013. In November 2015, they joined ILG as the Client Services & IT Director, where they played a significant role in the company's growth and evolution alongside the e-commerce and courier industries. Tom held this position until April 2021, after which they were promoted to Chief Operating Officer, a role they held until February 2022. Currently, Tom is the Managing Director at ILG, a position they assumed in February 2022. Throughout their tenure, they have demonstrated proficiency in various areas such as operations, client services, IT, and commercial roles.
