Faiz N. al Ardhi

Faiz N. Al Ardhi, Assoc CIPD, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Manager of Total Rewards at International Maritime Industries since September 2022. Previously held positions include Manager of Human Resources at ENGIE, Manager of HR & Admin at Farabi Petrochemicals, and Manager of Human Resources at Chemanol, where strategic HR planning and compensation strategies were developed. Additionally, Faiz contributed to employee relations and payroll operations and fostered high employee satisfaction through effective HR policies.
