Operations and Management

The Operations and Management team at International Maritime Industries is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the maritime yard, including the construction of new build rigs and ships, maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) activities. This team ensures efficient logistics, strategic planning, quality control, and operational safety while managing industrial recruitment, technical services, stakeholder relationships, and proposal estimations to deliver high-quality, on-time solutions to customers.
