Bill Lacey

Prior to IMC, Bill has had extensive experience in executive leadership roles in a variety of industries. He was Executive Vice President and CFO of GSE Holdings, Inc (NYSE:GSE) from 2011 to 2013. He spent 8 years with Animal Health International (NASDAQ: AHII) as SVP and CFO. Prior to that he held CFO positions at Rawlings Sporting Good Company (NASDAQ: RAWL), Collins Signs, and Pak-Lite.

He graduated from the University of Alabama.
