Howard Hammer

Howard Hammer has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Howard started their career in 2011 as a Computer Department Tutor at Pittsburg State University, where they provided guidance to students in programming and managed the computer lab.

In 2012, Howard joined Las Vegas Sands Corp. as a Corporate eCommerce Project Coordinator, where they managed multiple projects, oversaw financial budgeting, and performed portfolio management. Howard later became the Global Project Manager of Corporate eCommerce Marketing & IT, responsible for strategic project management.

In 2017, Howard moved to Caesars Entertainment Corporation, initially as a Senior Business Systems Analyst and later as the Sr. IT Manager | BRM of IT Infrastructure & Cybersecurity. Howard played a crucial role in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity functions.

Currently, Howard works at ANDMORE as the Director of PMO and Quality. Howard recently transitioned to the role of Vice President of PMO & Quality.

Howard Hammer holds a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas, which they obtained from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Information Systems and Accounting at Pittsburg State University from 2008 to 2012. In addition to their academic achievements, Howard has obtained several certifications, including the Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) from the Project Management Institute in June 2023, and the Atlassian Pro Skills Badge: Confluence Space Administration and Atlassian Certified Jira Service Project Manager from Atlassian in December 2022. Howard also holds certifications as a Scrum Master and Scrum Product Owner from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, obtained in November 2018, and is a Project Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management Institute since October 2016.
