Alyssa Marchinek is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Manager at Here's Help Staffing & Recruiting with extensive experience in client relationship management and recruitment. Since July 2018, Alyssa has been integral in providing staffing solutions in the Hudson Valley region. Concurrently, Alyssa serves as a Financial Recruiter for International Market Recruiters, specializing in the financial services sector since January 2017. As Business Manager for Drusilla's Dream, Alyssa designed and created the company's website. Previously, Alyssa held various managerial roles at Spencer Gifts, achieving significant improvements in sales performance and loss prevention strategies. Alyssa began their career in research with positions at McNay and Frye Laboratories, focusing on neuroscience, and has also contributed to marine research and education.
