Michael Kirby

Michael Kirby serves as the Chief Financial and Operating Officer at International Materials LLC since October 2022, after co-founding Accelerant Partners LLC and Accelerant Manufacturing LLC, where innovations in automated equipment for the cannabis industry have been achieved. Kirby also co-owns Silvermine Stone Company, leading significant transformations for enhanced product offerings and sales capacity. Previous roles include Managing Director and Chief Financial Officer for Noble Group, overseeing financial functions across multiple regions, and extensive experience at RBS Sempra Commodities, managing operations and technology across global markets. Educated at The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with an MBA and the University of Notre Dame with a BBA in Finance and Business Economics, Kirby combines strategic financial oversight with operational excellence across various industries.
