Gavin Baxter

Gavin Baxter is an accomplished Chief People Officer at International Media Investments since November 2022, overseeing human resources for a diverse portfolio of media assets including CNN Business News Arabic and Sky News Arabia. Previously, Gavin served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Astro, Malaysia’s leading content and entertainment company, and held key positions at Sky, including Group Head of Talent Performance and Head of Organisational Development, where significant leadership and cultural transformation initiatives were implemented. Earlier career roles include leadership in organizational capability at SingTel Optus, and learning and development management at BDO, Deloitte Australia, QBE, Promina, and Royal & Sun Alliance. Gavin has a strong educational background from the University of East Anglia.
