Dimitar Tsolov

Dimitar Tsolov is an experienced professional specializing in capacity development and organizational strengthening across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Manager for Local Capacity Strengthening for Response at International Medical Corps, Dimitar has successfully managed initiatives to support national NGOs in countries including Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Malawi, and Pakistan. Previous roles include Capacity Development Advisor at Alinea International, where Dimitar led extensive training programs for government employees in Ethiopia, and a Graduate Assistant at Cornell University, focusing on organizational behavior and training methodologies.
