Sharla Lawrence

Sharla Lawrence, SHRM-SCP is currently the Talent Management Director at IMB, overseeing performance management, employee engagement, and employee relations. Sharla previously held roles in HRIS analysis, recruiting management, and operations management in various companies such as Cadmus Credit Union and Wachovia Bank. Sharla earned a BS in Commerce with a double major in Human Resources & Finance from the University of Virginia.
