Karina Manasseh

Karina Manasseh is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in communications and institutional event management. Currently serving as the Deputy Chief for Institutional Events at the International Monetary Fund since September 2010, Karina oversees the organization of pivotal meetings, including the Spring and Annual Meetings. Prior to this role, Karina held various positions at The World Bank Group from January 2005 to January 2009, including Climate Communications Lead and Senior Communications Officer. Earlier career highlights include working as a Media and Marketing Account Manager, Communications Officer, and Associate at renowned firms and organizations, including Kissinger McLarty Associates and Edelman Public Relations. Karina holds a Master of Arts in Latin American Studies and Government & International Relations from Georgetown University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Faculdade de Comunicação Social Cásper Líbero.
