Marina Lang

Marina Lang possesses extensive experience in employee experience and facilities management, currently serving as an Employee Experience Specialist and Facilities Management Professional at the International Monetary Fund since September 2017. Previously, Marina held the position of Section Head of the Language Services Support Section at the International Atomic Energy Agency from September 2015 to August 2017, and has a long tenure at the International Monetary Fund from March 1999 to August 2015, where roles included Section Chief of the Translation Coordination Center and Interpretation Coordination Supervisor. Earlier experience includes a consultancy at Travisa in 1998-1999. Marina holds an MBA in International Business & Management from The George Washington University School of Business, and a Master of Arts in Foreign Languages from Minsk State Linguistic University. Additionally, Marina earned a certification in Facilities Management Professional from the International Facilities Management Association in 2023.
