Sami Ben Naceur is a distinguished professional at the International Monetary Fund (IMF), holding various leadership roles since May 2009, including Alternative Head of Fintech/Digital Finance, Head of Caribbean Research, and Deputy Head of Division in the Western Hemisphere Department. Sami has also served as Mission Chief for St. Lucia and as Technical Assistance Mission Chief, particularly focused on enhancing the macroeconomic frameworks of the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
