Kate Scolatti, LMFT, currently serves as the Training Manager at the International OCD Foundation, where responsibilities include overseeing training initiatives. Previously, Kate worked as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at STAR MEADOW COUNSELING, LLC, providing mental health services specializing in anxiety, OCD, and family therapy. Additional experience includes content development for MFT licensure exams at AATBS and providing therapeutic services at The Children’s Center and East Alabama Mental Health. Kate's educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy/Counseling from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Richmond.

The International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), is the largest mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by OCD and related disorders. The IOCDF aims to increase access to effective treatment through resources, research, and training and foster a supportive community for those affected by OCD, including the professionals who treat them and fight the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
