Seoyun Kim is a dedicated student and emerging leader with extensive experience in health advocacy and community engagement. Currently serving as the 2024 Youth Leadership Conference Team Leader at the Asian Liver Center at Stanford University, Seoyun led high school students in using social media to raise awareness about Hepatitis B, specifically focusing on California's AB 789 legislation. With a strong passion for research, Seoyun is also a Student Researcher contributing to Alzheimer's Disease studies at Stanford. As the Founder of The OCD Truth, Seoyun tackles stereotypes surrounding Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder and promotes mental health awareness at Dublin High School through co-founding the Dublin High School Mental Health Advocates. Seoyun's involvement in organizations such as HOSA and the National Honor Society showcases leadership and commitment to healthcare education, while balancing academic pursuits in Cognitive Science and Public Health at UC San Diego.

The International OCD Foundation (IOCDF), is the largest mental health organization dedicated to improving the lives of those affected by OCD and related disorders. The IOCDF aims to increase access to effective treatment through resources, research, and training and foster a supportive community for those affected by OCD, including the professionals who treat them and fight the stigma surrounding mental health issues.
