Caroline Caron

Caroline Caron is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in sports management and hospitality. Currently serving as the Head of Ticketing, Hospitality and Games Experience at the International Olympic Committee since March 2022, Caroline is responsible for innovating ticketing and hospitality strategies that enhance stakeholder experiences and optimize revenue. Previously, as Managing Director of Transat Jacques Vabre Normandie Le Havre, Caroline led initiatives to engage and inspire audiences while respecting environmental considerations. Caroline has held significant roles such as Project Director for Team France at the America's Cup and Managing Partner for Interface Marketing AG, where strategic marketing and commercial partnerships were developed across various major sporting events, including the UEFA Euro championships and FIFA World Cup. Caroline holds a Master’s degree in Sport Management from ESSEC Business School and a BSC in Hospitality from EHL.
