Marianne Niquille is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as Head of HR Business Partner at the International Olympic Committee since 2005, Marianne has also held the title of Senior HR Business Partner Manager within the same organization. Prior to this role, Marianne worked at Manpower from 1990 to 2005 as an HR Consultant. Educationally, Marianne holds a Master of Advanced Studies in Human Capital Management from HEIG-VD, earned in June 2015, and possesses a Swiss Federal Diploma as a Human Resources Specialist from SEC Lausanne, obtained between 2001 and 2003.
