Damien Jusselme

Damien Jusselme is a seasoned professional in data science and analytics, currently serving as the Head of Data Science and Analytics (Foresight) at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) since January 2017. Jusselme leads strategic foresight initiatives and advanced data solutions, enhancing evidence-based policy development and decision-making. Previously, Jusselme held various roles within IOM, including Head of the Regional Migration Data Unit for West and Central Africa, where coordination of data management activities was essential across 23 countries. Jusselme also contributed as a Profiling Advisor at the Joint IDP Profiling Service and has a broad portfolio covering information management, monitoring and evaluation, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders in high-risk environments. Jusselme's educational background includes master's degrees in Economic Expertise & Management of International Projects and International Relations, alongside a bachelor's degree in International Relations, Security, and Defense.
