Esther Kalejaiye- Avindigh

Esther Kalejaiye-Avindigh serves as the National Public Health Officer at IOM - UN Migration since June 2023. Previously, Esther worked as a Project Manager at CARE from December 2021 to May 2023 and held the position of Medical Officer at Bingham University Teaching Hospital for six months in 2021. Prior experience includes serving as a Medical Doctor Supervisor with Médecins du Monde, an OTP Site Clinical Coordinator for ACTION CONTRE LA FAIM, and Medical Officer at State Specialist Hospital. The medical career began as an Intern Doctor at Jos University Teaching Hospital. Esther holds a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from Bingham University and is currently pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) in Epidemiology at Ahmadu Bello University, expected to complete in 2025.
