Federico Soda is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in humanitarian response and migration management, currently serving as the Director of Humanitarian Response and Recovery at the International Organization for Migration (IOM) since September 2001. Notable roles include Chief of Mission for Libya, Director of the Coordination Office for the Mediterranean, and Head of the Labour Migration and Human Development Division, where strategic direction and technical support on labor migration and development issues were provided. Prior experience includes leadership positions in Myanmar and program management in Sarajevo.
