Jo Rispoli

Jo Rispoli is the Senior Human Resources Manager at IOM - UN Migration, with extensive experience in administration of contracts and benefits for international staff worldwide. Jo also serves as the Global Staff Association Committee Chairperson, Senior Regional Specialist on Labour Mobility & Human Development for East & Horn of Africa, and Regional Thematic Specialist on Labour Migration/Migration and Development in East & Southern Africa. Additionally, Jo has experience as Head of Technical Cooperation Department and International Programme Manager. Prior to this, Jo worked as a freelance translator and holds a Bachelor of Arts in History, a Master of Arts in International Relations, and is pursuing a Master of Science in Applied Positive Psychology.
