Nuhayl Sabti

Nuhayl Sabti serves as a Human Resources Assistant at IOM - UN Migration since February 2018, where responsibilities include leading the development and implementation of HR policies and spearheading a comprehensive recruitment strategy that attracts top talent. Prior experience includes roles as a Field Researcher for Tearfund and Samaritan's Purse, focusing on data accuracy and interpretation in English, Arabic, and Aramaic. Nuhayl is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering Management at Szent Istvan University, complementing earlier academic achievements, which include a Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering and an Intensive training in Strategic Human Resources Management.
