Program Assistant Shelter And Settlement at IOM - UN Migration

Tibyan Omran is a skilled professional with extensive experience in program management and architectural engineering, currently serving as a Program Assistant for Shelter and Settlement at IOM - UN Migration since May 2024. Previously, Tibyan held the position of Assistant Project Manager at COOPI, where responsibilities included assessing shelter improvement needs, drafting donor reports, and facilitating community coordination for shelter projects. Tibyan has also worked as a Civil Engineer, providing technical expertise for WASH, Shelter, and Livelihood programming, and has held roles as a Shelter/WASH Officer with the Norwegian Refugee Council, Technical Support Engineer at ESD Engineering Services and Design, and Support Engineer at NDTLC. Earlier experience includes architecture roles with the Federal Ministry of Health Sudan and the Ministry of Urban Planning in Sudan. Tibyan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering from Sudan University of Science and Technology and completed a project management program at Milestone Institute in 2018.
