William Brown has a strong background in development and communications. From 2012 to present, they have worked for the International Orthodox Christian Charities (IOCC) as the Director of Development and Communications. Prior to that, from 2007 to 2011, they served as the Vice President for Philanthropy and Vice President of Development at the American Councils for International Education.
William Brown obtained a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications/Public Relations/Broadcast Journalism from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga from 1981-1984. William also earned a Masters of Arts Degree in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary's University of Minnesota from 1997-1999. In addition, they hold a certification as a Charitable Planning Specialist, obtained in 2004.
