Christine Darve is an accomplished engineering scientist with extensive experience in accelerator science and management, currently serving as the In-Kind Senior Engineering Scientist at the European Spallation Source ERIC since December 2011. In this role, Christine manages In-Kind Contributions and acts as the point of contact for Accelerator In-Kind Management. Additionally, Christine has taken on leadership roles in various organizations, including chairing the Working Group 14 on Accelerator Science at the International Union of Pure and Applied Physics and serving as the former chair of the Forum on International Physics at the American Physical Society. With a strong educational background, including a Ph.D. in Fluid Mechanics from Northwestern University, Christine has also contributed to numerous international initiatives and schools focused on particle accelerator physics, including significant organizing efforts at both CERN and the African School on Fundamental Physics and Applications.
