Shawn Jones

Shawn Jones is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and leadership development. Currently serving as a Manager for Disruptive Technologies and Deliberate Improvement Lead at International Paper, Shawn leads a team focused on enhancing value within the Containerboard Supply Chain. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Memphis and a self-employed Director of Supply Chain Management, Shawn has designed and implemented comprehensive supply chain systems for medical startups and successfully facilitated Lean and Six Sigma processes across various organizations. Shawn's military background as a Major in the United States Air Force highlights leadership skills and operational excellence, proven by significant achievements during deployment. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University, a Master of Science in Logistics, and a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics.
