Gurdeep Boparai

Gurdeep Boparai is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in corporate governance and legal counsel. Currently serving as Interim Deputy General Counsel at International Personal Finance Plc since August 2025, Gurdeep previously held multiple roles at Coventry Building Society, including Company Secretary, Head of Governance and Secretariat, and Senior Legal Counsel, among others, from June 2019 to June 2025. Prior experience includes positions at Howes Percival, Weightmans, and Keoghs, where Gurdeep progressed from a Paralegal to a Corporate Solicitor. Gurdeep holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from the University of Leicester and completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law.
