Andy Walker is a seasoned professional in financial services with extensive experience in training and development. Currently associated with Prudential Financial as a Manager in Financial Services since October 2017, Andy Walker has taken a pivotal role in training new financial professionals and implementing rigorous curricula within Prudential's Career Development Program. Prior to this, Andy Walker served as a Sales Development Manager at New York Life Insurance Company from February 2011 to September 2017, focusing on training and mentoring agents. Andy Walker holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mississippi State University, obtained between 1988 and 1990. Since November 2020, Andy Walker has been retired but continues to offer expertise through Andy Walker Consulting.
