Kemson Fenelon

Kemson Fenelon is the Deputy Chief Intelligence Division at Riscorp International LLC since March 2017. Kemson is also the Founder Director at Sion Pest Control since December 2013. In addition, Kemson serves as a Captain at the International Police & Fire Chaplain's Association (IPFCA). Kemson is a Self-Reliance Specialist at LDS Employment Resource Services and has experience as a Recruiter Police Chaplain at the International Conference of Police Chaplains. Kemson holds a Certificate of completion in Police and fire chaplaincy Program, a Bachelor's degree in Diplomacy and Interpret, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration, Management and Operations, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor degree in Psychology.
