Luis A. Marrero, MA, RODP, MLP is the Founder and Managing Partner at Boston Institute for Meaningful Purpose since June 1986. Luis A. is also a Founding Partner at IPPA and a Work & Organization Division Leadership Team member. With extensive experience in leadership and psychological assessment, development, and organization development consulting, Luis has worked with various companies such as Walt Disney World, YSC Limited, and CHRISTUS Health. Additionally, Luis A. holds degrees in Human Resource Management, Transactional Analysis Psychology, and has completed courses in life coaching and neuro-linguistic programming.
